Curiosity of blood

Maybe it's because of too much school, but... Anyone know if there's some sort of "normal values" for hedgehog blood chemistries?

Just thought it may be a good idea(though could be an expensive investment), to take several healthy hedgehogs to the vet to get a general grasp of ranges for blood chemistry. Get a range for ALT, WBC numbers, etc etc. Just stuff like that. Obviously there's a base for dogs and cats, but hedgehogs are definitely one I haven't seen. And blood tests can tell a lot for diagnosis. And then obviously allow that knowledge to be shared with other inquiring vets. And if they have decent microscope experience, it would be cool to look at several healthy hedgehog blood on a smear as well, see what sort of cells are "normal".

Has it been done?

AHA, found it...I knew I had this in Lily's files from when I was first putting her little information binder together. I'm not sure how accurate they are, I never ended up getting my vet's opinion on them, I don't think. viewtopic.php?f=33&t=38

I remember seeing it in the sticky about what to include in a hedgehog first aid kit. Can't comment on how accurate it might be - I pretty much don't know what any of it means, so for all I know, it's more than just blood info, haha.
