Default Tumor or sore?

So long story short, my baby hedgie head got stuck trying to get back in her cage. I had to pull her head out to help her.

I noticed kind of like a bruise on her throat and a bump/sore below the bruise. Should i be worried about this or is she just sore from getting her head stuck? Is there anything i can do?

There is no way for us to say what it is. If you aren't sure when you can see it then we can't even guess from just a description. I would make a vet appointment to make sure there are no injuries.
