Default Rescued Hedgie in need of serious help

I got this hedgehog and when I received him he was severely dehydrated and I think starved as well. He has very bad dead skin and feces on him. I don’t know how to properly help him in his situation. For now all I’ve been doing is having him drink as much as possible, which he’s gladly gulped down a lot of water. He has food available but he’s not eaten any, and has actually just been laying his head down on it while he rests. We need help and ASAP. Never seen a case this severe

He has not drank in 15 minutes and isn’t drinking for me. I’m on a 2 hour schedule if I may fall asleep but while I’m awake I’m trying to get him to drink more than that. He has moved a little more than at first but I don’t know what to do.

He has gone from not being able to stand to moving and standing and has become more alert. I really hope this is good news

How is he doing now?

If he won't eat on his own, you should start syringe feeding him. Please read the tutorial in this link for extra help.
