Default Open Wound from Popped Tooth Abscess

My hedgehog Phoebe is 4 years old and had a tooth abscess that recently popped, I don’t know what to do. It’s not bleeding but all the white puss is out leaving an open wound in her mouth, what kind of antibiotic could I use? And because of the nasty abscess she’s practically stopped eating all together, we’ve been watering her food down but that’s not working for her anymore either 😞 any good wet cat food brands for hedgehogs? I’m sorry for asking so much at once... I’m just trying to help her. We’ve taken her to a vet but because of our financial position, we couldn’t get the tooth removed. Any antibiotics or wetcat foods for her?

The only way to get antibiotics is to take her back to the vet. Just think of the pain she must be in, that's probably why she isn't eating. At this point a vet is a necessity not an option. Think of how painful a tooth ache can be, not to mention an open sore in her mouth.
