Exclamation Threw up

I had just taken my girl out for cuddle time and gave her a live mealworm. A little bit later I heard a squeak from her and saw that she was throwing up. She heaved about 5 times and then was done. I put her in her cage (her food was in there which I put before taking her out) and she immediately went to one of the crickets and ate it. Right now she went back to her bed (which isn’t abnormal since it is only 7:20pm). She hasn’t been acting strange before this.

I know that they can become dehydrated quickly, so I will keep watching her through the night. Should I take her to the vet ASAP? Could it have been because of the mealworm? She had been fine with them until now.
In the picture the little yellow pieces are the mealworm.

Also, I have no idea if this matters, but I just received a cuddle cup from someone on Etsy (I don’t want to drop any names because of my situation but she is well-known for making great products for hedgehogs). It was Chestnut’s first time in it. Could some weird and new smell make her throw up?

Could it be the mealworms went bad?

Just keep any eye on her She may have just eaten it to fast and that caused her to vomit. As long as everything else is ok I wouldn't worry to much.
SquirtleSquirt and autumnfox like this.

Update:
She appears to be acting fine, she ate normally throughout the night and ran on her wheel. She sucks down mealworms like noodles so I would completely believe it if she just ate too fast. I’ll continue to keep an eye on her.
