Default Coughing?

We've had Marina since last October and everything seems to be doing fine. Recently I've noticed that when I've been taking her out of her cage she does a sort of coughing thing and it's getting me a little worried. I'm just wanting to make sure it's nothing serious. A while ago she broke her wheel and was without one for a couple weeks while we were getting a new one, she has it now and seems to be using it fine. Those few weeks without it I think caused her to gain some weight could this be the cause of coughing? I just don't know what's causing her to cough. Thanks in advance!
