My hedgehog Hazel is 2 months old. She recently developed these patches of red, dry sores on her skin. I have been putting mineral oil on them every day (which she hates) and they seem to be getting a bit better but i am still very worried. She is quilling, and has been crankier than usual. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Is it just part of her quilling? Or maybe ingrown quills? You need to zoom in to see better. Any input would be great ASAP!!!

It's definitely not a part of quilling. I would stop putting oil on it. It looks like a skin infection, possibly staph, and needs to be treated with antibiotics from a vet. I'm sure it's very painful for her and that's why she's being crankier.
