Default Watery blood looking area on back.

I had Marshmallow out for some bonding time earlier and noticed a few quills on her back looked pink. I started looking through the quills and I don't see any scratches or anything. That area of skin looks wet and I don't see any blood, but the quills look pink so I assume there must have been some blood. She is quilling pretty bad, could it be an ingrown or infected quill? I tried to get a picture, but the area is so small and light that I couldn't get a picture where you could actually see it.
