Default Possible heart issue-urgent

My hedgie Hazel is 5 years old. She started to have walking issues(limp on one side) and had some small mass under one leg, so I took her to vet. She had x-ray done and she started to sneeze a lot after she woke up which I dont remember ever happened after previous anesthesias for other health issues. Vet said its normal as she was trying to get gas out of her system. She was sneezing following by something like fast breathing on and off for two days. It went away but I still took her to a vet. Vet said it might be side effects from anesthesia but nothing they can do. She was diagnosed with spondelyosis(arthritis) of her spine and mastitis (the mass in her body was pierced with nedle and had some pass). She was put on Meloxicam and Clavamox twice a day. She doesnt eat well at all while her appetite was normal before I took her to a doctor and mass dint seem to bother her at all, just walking. My main concern is her belly became really bloated.I took her off meds to see if they cause bloating but it didnt change anything. I m afraid her heart was affected by anesthesia and is not working well now and water gets collected in lungs(my dog had similar bloated belly when he became old and was diagnosed with heart issue). Vet said they can do an ultrasound to check her heart but if there is a heart issue(which appears to be)she might not make it. I dont know what to do. I dont want her to suffer but pouting her thru another anesthesia is too risky at this point. Any advice? Im pretty desperate.

Is the vet open to trying her on a cardiac med for Congestive Heart Failure to see if it helps, without any other testing? I know when my dog had it they diagnosed it just from the symptoms without any other testing. If they are willing to do that I'd try some meds and see if there is any improvement. The lack of appetite is probably from the antibiotics and you'll probably have to start syringe feeding her until her appetite comes back.

Appreciate your quick reply!I took her to vet again and she said that it doesn't seem like a heart issue because they don't appear to have breathing difficulties, doesn't chough. She palpated her bloated belly and she said when lungs collect water it usually feels a bit differently. She ruled out digestive issues due to med because she still poops, so she cant be constipated like that. It was very strange because she only had a walking issue and some lump under front leg( it turned out to be mastitis, was treated with Clavamox and appears to be gone now). But when she recovered from sedation she showed decreased appetite which didn't get back to normal stil( after 1 week) and she started to become bloated and now her belly is big. Like smth has happened during/ after the sedation. Doc said cant be sure what it is w/o ultrasound for which she needs to be sedated again. It is not good idea because she didn't handle it well last time. Also, since it doesn't appear to be a heart or GI issue, she thinks it might be some kind of tumor than grew so rapidly, cancer or uterus got filled with fluid( she had an ultrasound of it a year ago when she had UTI like symptoms that would not go away after antibiotics). All issues she mentioned would require a surgery and she wont make it. She also mentioned possible kidney failure, but it doesn't look like it to me. So, I m out of options(((She was put on Meloxicam twice a day and Gebapentin if needed to make her more comfortable and vet said I need to prepare that she wont last long. She offered to attempt to perform an ultrasound of her abdomen w/o sedation( if my hedgie cooperates) but more to find out a diagnosis not really to treat her. Unsure if its worth it. I already spent a fortune on exptic vet within last months and especially w/o option to treat potential conditions doesn't seem like its will do anything. I am heartbroken that I need to prepare to say goodbye to my beloved hedgie.
