Exclamation Hedgehog twitching help!!

I just noticed my hedgehogs face is twitching and I don't know why. He's acting normal but he's not eating much. I found this video of another hedgehog and this is what he's doing
. He's hasn't fallen or anything like that. PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT IT IS! It's really freaking me out.

I read on a post somewhere that their hedgehog had a ear infection. Could this be that?

I was also thinking it might be a respiratory infection and he's been sneezing for a while but I never thought anything about it at the time.

I'm not sure about the twitching but anytime there is any amount of sneezing you should be taking him to a vet to rule out a URI.

That's good. You need to get him in as soon as you can because URIs can quickly turn into pneumonia which is much harder to treat.
