Default I took my hedgie on the bus...

I brought my hedgehog, Snuggles, with me to school on the bus. The bus ride was very bumby and shook the bus a bit too hard. I checked on her several times but she seemed fine. We get to my destination and I notice she threw up her food. she is back to being her normal grumpy self, but I'm worried. Will she be ok? I was going to take her to the vet soon, should i take her tomorrow?

My boy always gets travel sickness too >< I think it's quite common for them to get it. He's getting better, (normally only vomits on the journey back now, not that I take him out often). Just last weekend we took him to our local park for the first time though ^^ it's still a good 10-15 minute walk having to walk a bit slower with him. He was fine on the way there but threw up on the way home (probably didn't help I gave him a couple wax worms whilst we were there! . )

I'm no expert, but I think as long as their behaviour returns to normal afterwards and they're eating, drinking, pooping normally then I think they'll be fine. Any unusual behaviour afterwards, maybe look out for signs of dehydration too, then it might be best to take them but I think after they've had some rest and had some food and water again they should be ok
