Default Yellow spots on liner?

I was cleaning DD's cage and saw little yellow 'polka dot' spots on his liner, which is pink (I bought the fleece before I knew gender, thankfully there's only two pink liners )
When I felt them, they were hard and crusty, whereas usually when he pees on the liner, there's one large spot as opposed to many small ones, and it feels 'plusher,' not crusty.

Could these spots be evidence of boy time, or are they something I should take him to the vet for? He's still eating normally and running, his poops are normal. The spots go pretty much everywhere except his igloo and his dig box, but I've only ever seen him use his dig box once (and he slept in it).

Any advice would be appreciated

Boy time. One of my boys in particular leaves on his liners and bags. I know which ones he's used based on which ones have semi-permanent "remnants", lol. I don't seem to have the problem as much with the flannel bags, but with the fleece (liners, interiors of some bags) it's hard to get off once it dries and hardens. Thanks Datura.

Well, I still prefer boy time to health issues, thanks for easing my mind!
