See if she does it outside of the bath. Mine slips all the time in the sink, from the frantic trying to get out.

I have seen her trip and fall twice in her cage recently (like one of her legs couldn't support her, she'd get back up and fall again), possibly because her tumor was putting pressure on a nerve, the vet though. So keep an eye on her either way, but really I expect slipping when taking a bath. If she's walking normally now I don't think you need to worry too much, at least until you can make sure it wasn't from slipping.

I agree, sounds like she might've been slipping from trying to get out. What do you bathe her in? If it's in a sink or something where it might be slippery when it gets wet, you could try putting down a fleece, towel, or washcloth in the bottom of it to give her better footing during the bath. It might make her feel more secure and relax a bit too (or just give her better traction for escape attempts ).
