Default Weight loss & bumps under skin

One of my new hedgehogs has lost and has bumps on his face. The bumps are under the skin. They could be on other areas as well, but so far I've only been able to find them on his face.

- 6 months
- 4 days
- Moved from previous owners house to mine, same cage
- 75.2
- 8 AM to 10 PM

His previous owner weighed him daily.
June 8: 286 grams; ate 70 kibbles
June 9: 285 grams; ate 67 kibbles
June 10: 282 grams; ate 67 kibbles
June 11: 282 grams; ate 68 kib6bles
June 12: 280 grams; ate 60 kibbles
June 13: 281 grams; ate 61 kibbles
June 14: 278 grams; ate 52 kibbles (Day he arrived at my house)
June 15: 276 grams; ate 40 kibbles
June 16: 273 grams, small bumps on face appeared; ate 47 kibbles
June 17: 273 grams, bumps are now large; ate 42 kibbles

Poop:
- Soft but formed; 1 mushy poop
- Colour normal
-Not sure about smell, but doesn't smell different than other hedgies.
- 1 mushy poop in bed

Eating
- Refer above
- 72 are given, previously ate 67-71/night
- No new foods
- Same water as previous owner
- Water intake is low, been syringing a little water.

Skin
Scratching No scratching
Dry skin Nothing out of the ordinary
Rash red skin, pin prick size, hives, location No discolouration, under the skin, hard but moveable, do not seem to be itchy or sore, size of hedgehogs eye, on "muzzle" area, 2 large bumps side by side under eyes, 1 small bump just above the nose.

Activity
normal, lethargic, wobbly, tires easily
- Not wheeling
- Rarely comes out of igloo
- I put the food and water inside the igloo for him

Default Re: Weight loss & bumps under skin

Sounds like its time to see a veterinarian for examination. Without seeing the rash, I'm thinking it could be an allergic reaction or possible skin infection at his age.
