Default Weak Hedgie

I need some help.
My little guy hasnt ran on his wheel for a few days, has decreased the amount of food he eats and he's been sleeping in a different spot in his house. He seemed like himself when we had him out playing, but today he's completely different. His back legs are weak, he can hardly walk. His front legs are also weak but he seems to be able to stand on them. He is so lethargic, its just out of his character. Im taking him to the vet tomorrow morning, but I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with something like this?
Im just really worried about him, and I dont know what to do.

What's the temp. in his cage? That would probably be my first concern (that he's attempting hibernation).

What's your heating element?
Room temperature does not count, considering the major fluctuations that occur.

In addition to heating, do you have a light schedule for him? Lack of enough light can cause hibernation attempts too.

The temp in his house is 23C (73F) which now that I read around seems low. This has been the constant temperature since I brought him home though.. could this still be the problem?

I don't have him on a light schedule. I was relying on natural light and that seems to have been the wrong thing to do.

I will definitely keep everyone posted, you guys have been so helpful with everything

Quillbert past away this morning.
We were up with him about every hour throughout the night giving him water and making sure he was moving around and warm. 4:30am came and he was gone. It happened so fast. My boyfriend and I are so upset. We just lost our dog to a brain tumor and now Quilly is gone too. Its just been a really hard last couple of weeks.
