Default Upset tummy, now a lump/sore on head?

Hi

A little background: I took Henry to the vets on Monday for mild diarrhea hes had on and off for 2 weeks. They have given me Synulox to take for 7 days and to come back if no improvement. He seems fine in himself-active and no more grumpy than usual, but he is being fussy about what he eats such as insects and wet cat food are fine, but not really touching any of his kibble. No change in diet recently. His weight has dropped steadily in the last six months from 600kg to about 520kg (which he's been for at least a couple of months). He was slightly over weight to begin with. Should i be worried?

The real worry for me is this lump/sore that i noticed once i got back from the vets. Its definitely very recent as its not showing up in any of my recent photos. It was just a bit red and sore looking. Ive now looked tonight and though not really any bigger, it seems to have a spot and what looks like a clear quill growing out of it? Im booking ANOTHER vets appointment tomorrow but can anyone give me some ideas in the mean time please? Surely its not connected to the funny tummy?

Thanks for any advice as a little worried. xx

Looks to me like possibly an infected quill or maybe an ingrown quill. Keep us posted.
