Exclamation My hedgie just vomited...never seen before, so pls help

My hedgehog, Sandy, is a 2 y.o. female. She eats grain-free salmon flavored cat food everyday -- she has eaten the same brand for a year. She runs on a wheel every night and gets fed and checked on every day.

Today I noticed she had eaten her entire bowl of food last night. Usually she doesn't eat all of it as I put in pretty big handfuls and fill as needed. This evening, I hadn't yet refilled her bowl yet, when I heard some squeaking that was pretty loud even for Sandy. I found her in the corner of her cage in one of her favorite sleeping spots with what appeared to be a small circle of vomit on the floor of the cage. It was foamy with a patch of whitish-yellow. The foam circle was about the size of a quarter, the patch of whitish-yellow no larger than a dime. She was licking it from what I could tell and possibly re-eating it. I immediately removed her from the cage and inspected her. She was not cold (she's had a hibernation scare before last year, so I regularly check her temperature), and was perky and awake. She ran around and dodged my camera like celebrity to my paparazzo!

Sandy wanted back in her cage, so I immediately fed her and gave her water, and she ate half a handful, drank water, and went to sleep. I gave her extra covers, and she is sleeping now, but I am HIGHLY concerned. I've since read about 15-20 posts on here from the past but none of them seem quite like my situation. No, I do not believe she has eaten anything strange. Her food is only about 2 weeks old and I have never had issues with it going bad. Her poop and pee are completely normal/regular looking. Her activity level has been normal.

Please help. Should I keep a close eye on her and see if the vomiting continues, or see a vet within the next 24 hours? It is late here and seeing a vet is not possible as the nearest one is neither open nor relatively close. Is this just anointing? Was she just really hungry?'

Edit: when my roommate returned home, she inspected it closer, and the small vomit patch is actually tinged light green...seems to be like the descriptions of hedgehog bile in other posts. Was she possibly just hungry?
