Default Did he attempted hibernation :( ?!?!?

When I came back from school I tried to pick him up and he was in a tight ball and did not puff of reacted (which he normally does allllll the time) and so I picked him up and he wasn't getting out of his ball and did not have any reaction. He was not cold, I'd say he was neither hot, neither cold.

When I put him under my shirt he unballed after 15seconds and licked his mouth, but did not puff.

Was this an attempt at hibernation? The thermometer said the temperature was 25oC

Sounds like he was a little bit grumpy about being woken up. Brillo tends to be puffy when I wake up him midday for any reason. If you are worried about hibernation, I would just monitor the temperature, food, and nightly activity levels closely. I'm sure everything will be okay, just watch your little one- being nervous about your hedgie is what hedgie parenthood is all about.
