Default Help! Spike's doing something weird!

So we have Spike (11 weeks old) out for play time and in his little enclosure. He was running around
And all of the sudden stopped and sort of hunched his back up- at first I thought he was
Trying to puke- but he didn't. It was similar to dry heaving.
Then I also noticed his hips kind of thrusting when he arches his back up so thought
Maybe he was trying to poop, but no (and he really wasn't in a pooping "position" since he's
Kind of sitting back when he does this). It's very weird. Should I be concerned?

Quite know how they did it... Hahaha! That's hilarious

Is totally freaking out thinking something is wrong?! Oy vey!

Omg, you are in a situation, arent you?

If you dont want to tell her the truth, then tell her he's scratching himself, or he's cleaning, or just really REALLY excited lol!!

lol i hate to tell you this, but as much as you wanna deny it because that's your baby girl....she knows a lot more about masturbation and body parts than you think she does and at 12 years old she may have even already had a "sex ed" class (i know we had one at about 5th grade...way back then lol). point is i guess that it may not be as hard to explain as you think just be honest and tell her straight forward. don't try to sneak around it cuz if she doesn't already know she's gonna learn it soon and better it be from you

Oh I have no doubts that she knows what it is. She's the youngest of four kids
And we are very open and honest about things like this... It's just
I seriously doubt she is aware that hedgehogs do this... An awkward subject to
Discuss with her about her baby... Lol!

I hear you, definitely. It would be different to just talk about it health wise but when it's about HER baby... hmmmm.

Balls in your court

my Dilly leaves kinda slimy whitish stuff all over the couch when he is socializing with me. I guess he is THAT excited about play time or movie time...lol...or maybe he is marking his territory- so we know that that's his couch and no one elses !

I don't think he is just marking his territory with "slime".
