Unhappy Questionnaire on WHS for research

I'm am doing a research project for my Genetics class and want to pick the topic of Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome. I have made up a questionnaire, and if you want to participate please answer and PM me the filled out questionnaire, I am just trying to collect some data and statistics and will no be using your names, emails etc. This is a horrible disease that I hope to never personally encounter and my greatest condolences to all and their babies who have had to deal with it

1) What state do you live in?
2) Is your hedgie male or female?
3) At what age did you get your hedgie?
4) Where did you get him/her from? (pet store, owner, breeder, etc.)
5) At what age did initial symptoms appear?
6) At what age did your hedgie pass? (Again my sorrow for your experience)
7) Diet before and after diagnosis?
8) Environment before and after diagnosis? (bedding, cage type, temperature, etc.)
9) Knowledge of WHS in lineage, either generations before and/or after?
10) Time line/ progression of symptoms?
11) Medicines/ methods used during disease and symptoms they were used to specifically treat?
12) Necropsy findings, if available?

I thank you so much for any cooperation, I am hoping to learn more about this disease and will of course share my final report and finding with the group so that we all may better understand it.

I haven't dealt with WHS but if I am not mistaken the only true confirmation is through a necropsy so I would segregate any submissions without even if they think with out a doubt it was it could have been something else. That's just my thoughts.

What I mean by necropsy finding is that if they have a more detailed report of the necropsy, such as which part of the brain/ spinal cord had the lesions on it, any inflammation of areas of the brain/ spinal cord, a description of the gray matter of the brain...
