Default Runny nose

Today I noticed Luna had a slight runny nose. I noticed because I thought she had something on her mouth but it turned out to be snot and she was licking her nose frequently. She doesn't seem to be wheezing and there isnt any sneezing either. She has been eating and drinking normally as well. Should I be worried? I know they are prone to URI's and I don't have a local vet that will take hedgehogs; I'd have to travel a bit so I want to know if that's something I should plan for. Like I said, she doesn't seem to have any other symptoms besides the runny nose. I might just be paranoid.

PLEASE take her to a vet ASAP. Just because she isn't showing any symptoms now doesn't mean she isn't sick. I had a similar situation with my hedgehog Liam where he had a runny nose and was licking it but I didn't think much of it, and when I did take him to a vet (6 days later) he had sever pneumonia, which he still hasn't recovered from. The drive to the vet will be worth it if it ends up saving her life. It's better to be safe then sorry.

it sounds like the early stages of a URI. Taking her to the vet now rather than waiting till she gets worse is the best thing to do. URI's can turn to pneumonia very quickly and get harder to treat the longer they go on.

I've been watching her closely, but the runny nose seems to have gone away. Is there any other reason she might have had one besides the upper respiratory infection? Cause really she seems fine. Of course if anything changes I will take her to the vet ASAP.
