Hi Aj, he's 11 weeks old now. I've been hoping to be able to blame quilling on why he hasn't seemed to make much progress.

Every day I'll hold him in my open hands (suffering through the spikey quills) and wait for him to unball. He finally does and may sit awhile, only half-uncurled, deciding what to do. Then he walks off of my hands. If I try to have him walk from hand to hand, he either curls back up (ouch) or scurries off my hands.

This from a hedgehog that was described as "extremely social. He almost never goes into a ball and lets us grab him without warning and hardly reacts... social,active"
