Default Ferret Nation?

I have *no* experience with ferret nation cages, the real ones, and was wondering if anyone can tell me if it is a real one or not? I saw it in a craigslist ad. I beleive it is a 142, but, again, no experience here. Also, could you tell me what a moderately used 142 goes for?

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

It looks like it is but I'm not sure about those door handles. The picture is kinda blurry, it's a little hard to tell. I may be wrong, also.

If you read what I had posted, I take it all back, that's a fake. Thank god Mary pointed out the door hinges, at a glance it looks like a Ferret Nation, but its not or its some ancient version. What I see is...

- As Mary pointed out, the door locks are not the same, they look like a slide lock.

- The cage doesn't have double door, the left panel that should be a door is just bars, I don't see any door frame.

- Bottom Shelf isn't the same wire pattern as what I have on mine.

- The Loft Shelves have round holes leading to the ramps, which an FN doesn't have. The ramps attach to the edge of the loft shelves.

- The wheels at the bottom look small and very round, an FN is obviously round but sticks out and has locking devices.

A new FN 142 goes for $250 dollars brand new.

Good eyes on the door and I have to agree. Another thing is Im not sure if all have it but my Ferret Nation has a metal tag welded on to it in the top left hand corner of each cage with the name and model number. I'm sure there may be a way to take it off but it would be hard and probably mark up the cage.

This interested me so I looked into it some more for you and think I have identified the cage in the picture. If I am right it appears to be a Feisty Ferret which usually sells for a lot less than a Ferret Nation. You can get a brand new one of those for around 160 just to help you figure out how much you are willing to pay.

That's exactly what it is (taken off Google Image via search for: Feisty Ferret Cage).

It's not a ferret nation but depending on how cheap it is, it still might be an okay cage. I can't really tell by the picture but it doesn't look to have the grate that divides the top and bottom cages. If it doesn't have that, you would have to somehow make a floor.

Only the right side is a door so it isn't quite as convenient as a FN but again, the price would dictate if it is worth buying.

Wow! Thanks everyone for the input and you all have great eyes!
Thanks for the link Puffers and the extra research you did Hedgieonboard!
I appreciate everything from everyone!

Sorry about the pictures, they were straight off the ad.

I don't think I'm going to get it, they want it for a $100 dollars, so I'll leave it with them.

Again thanks!
