Another thing to consider, which I didn't see mentioned but may have unintentionally overlooked, is light schedule. What is Olive's light schedule like? Hibernation can be triggered by an inaccurate light schedule as well, such as having less than 12 hours of light.

When you said you found her frozen, did you mean frozen like unmoving, or frozen like chilly to the touch? If it's the latter, I'd be worried about it happening again, as hedgehogs are more prone to hibernation attempts after the first one. If it's the former, then the vet visit should give you more insight into what the problem may be, if there is one.
