I'm not really sure what you expect us to help you with, since you've already said that you feel like you should take her to the vet. That answers your question - you should take her to the vet. There's no harm in going to get a check-up if you're feeling unsure; best case scenario she's in perfect health, bad case scenario then your suspicions are confirmed. Hedgehogs are great at hiding their illnesses and they have short lifespans, so in a general if you feel like something's off you should get it checked out. Better safe than sorry.
That being said, if you'd like someone to chime in with a non-vet opinion, then you might want to provide context like living conditions (light schedule, temperature of cage, diet), how much socializing she's been getting, age, how long you've had her, other suspicious behaviour if any, etc.
