injured leg?

Hey everyone,

"Overly worried new hedgie mom" here again.

when I took charlie out for our evening play/cuddle session i noticed a red mark on his leg, and it kind of looks swollen? like larger than his other front leg? He doesnt seem to be bothered by it, walks normally, lets me touch it just as much as any other one of his legs and he is eating and interested in all the same activities and things as usual. I know hedgies tend to hide if they feel sick or hurt (survival thing) but I am pretty sure he is not in pain?

I will keep an eye on it for now as I dont want to have another $200 plus vet trip for nothing and he seems fine, not grouchy or anything. But does anyone have any other insight? I have attached a photo it is the right foot (his left) in the photo (his pink foot)
