The three wheels I recommend usually are in order of preference are:
1. Bucket Wheels
2. Flying Saucer Wheel
3. Comfort Wheel

The latter two you can find in most pet stores in the US (not sure about Canada- only been to a pet store once there and I wanted to cringe at how pricey everything was)

Canadian hedgehogs are so deprived! We can get the 12" Comfort Wheels (that's the largest enormous giant size) at national-chain PetSmart. I haven't seen the Flying Saucer at any shops around the Vancouver lower mainland, but according to the archives some Toronto-hedgehog-owners have managed to acquire them.

No one seems to know a source for large enough cake covers for DIY wheels here, but you can use a 12" bucket to build your own wheel. If you don't have the tools, check if your community has a hacker or maker space that will let you use theirs. You can use skateboard wheels, shower door rollers, or patio door rollers depending on what your local shops carry. If you're close to the border, you can reportedly find 12" cake covers at US Walmart and sometimes Target, but I've failed on my attempts.

Depending on which province you're in, there are also apparently a few breeders that resale the Carolina Storms, or make their own versions of the bucket wheels.

If you do go the Amazon route, be extra-sure it ships from within Canada. Otherwise, you can't specify the shipper, and any courier (UPS, or FedEx, or whatever) will charge a ridiculous brokerage fee if you don't go personally pick it up from the border. The only way around it is if you get lucky and they happen to ship by USPS, but they refuse to promise they will. Amazon: it only kinda loves Canadians.

I forgot to add I live in a small city and all the wheels our pet-stores currently have are to small! So I guess it would have to be shipped!

If any of your local stores carry comfort wheels, they might be willing to add the giant one in to their next stocking order. Otherwise, that first set of links for bucket wheels works, or PetSmart ships.

I cant go with the bucket wheel link because it would cost even more than the Carolina bucket wheel! They would charge me $50 just for one and Carolina Wheel website charges me $40! I didnt want to have to pay a lot of money because I need two wheels, our pet-store carries the silenet spinner (they are out of stock at the moment) for I think $24, so something around there would be nice!

You can make your own bucket wheel -- it isn't that hard. I linked the DIY before.

Silent spinners are generally not recommended as hedgehog-toes can get caught and torn in those little slits, and if you block the slit pee puddles and gives their feet urine burns. You can ask if your store will order you in a giant comfort wheel or flying saucer (the largest sizes they make, 12" diameter).
