Default A bump on my baby boy spike please help

My baby spike is four years old loving hedge hog who is spoiled notice a bump on his belly worried some one let me know if it’s normal first hedge hog

Hard to tell, that spot in the circle kinda looks like fur that is stuck together with a bit of dried boy time. But the image is a little dark and blurry for me.

Otherwise, I see the penile sheath and a tail.

I think it’s the small bump to the left of the leg? I’d assume at 4 years, the owner would be familiar with where the penis is on the hedgehog. It could be a few things (two masses in on my hedgehog currently!) namely a tumor, an abscess, a skin tag, or a cyst. You’ll only know if you go to a vet. They may want to do a biopsy of some sort, likely a fine needle aspirate with the location/size, but they may just want to remove the whole thing to test it if it appears to be a spot of concern to the vet.
