Default Is it safe for him to chew?

I got my hedgie, Theodore a little stuffed hedgehog for him to play with. He really likes it, but he was chewing on the tag of it (I have a picture). He didn’t bite any of it off, but I just wanna double check to make sure it’s okay. I know it sounds stupid but he’s my first hedgie and I wanna make sure everything’s okay for him and if I should cut it off.

Thanks!

You might consider cutting the tag off; better to be safe than sorry. He could easily rip off pieces of it and I jest it. I’d also just monitor the toy itself to make sure there’s no loose threads/holes/etc that could cause problems.
