I'm sorry I'm not criticising because use A iams food, but MOST the iams food have poor quality ingredients. Theres only a few that aren't. I wouldnt recommend Iams as a whole brand, purely for this reason. When recommending iams only recommend specific ones you are sure are good. Although whoever is getting them should alway read ingredients and nutritional analysis themselves to see what they think.

Also fish cat foods is fine, but it can make their poo smell really bad, if going for a fish one it works the same ways as any meat food when looking at ingredients and nutritional analysis.
