So Zepplin is my first hedgehog. So I worry at every small change. I’ve realised the fur around her nose has changed color in the last month or two. It went from her having a complete brown snout, to now right by her nose the furs white. She’s not old, she hasn’t even turned a year yet. I know in bars this is some times a serious infection so I wanted to know if I should worry? I can’t find anything on it.
(First photo is when I got her with brown snout, second is now with white spot)

It is common for facial markings to fade\change as the hedgehog ages

Agreed, it can be a little startling for sure, especially for new hedgie parents, but their markings can change pretty dramatically up until about 16 months, so I hear. My first boy's colors didn't change quite like that, but they began to fade pretty dramatically after he turned one. Unless she shows any concerning changes in behavior, energy level, etc., I'd say Zepplin is doing just fine! (Although, behavior changes are to be expected if she currently is or starts quilling!)

She's a very lovely little lady!! Congrats on your first hedgie!
