Default Weak quill?

Hello all. My hedgehog Mr. Prickles is just over a year and a half old. He eats well, on a good diet, always has a temp between 74 and 78 Fahrenheit. He is active. He is healthy. I’m not really sure if this is normal or not, and couldn’t find any old posts about it so I thought I’d ask. Today I noticed an almost bent looking quill, that when I to touch it, to see if it was rotting or ingrown, it simply bent back, and basically was very floppy and weak. I haven’t noticed anything like this before. It’s hard to get him to a vet for our close one is very expensive and he isn’t very familiar with hedgehogs. Not sure if this is normal or not, I’m just an overprotective hedgehog mother so I thought I’d ask. Thanks so much.
