I just had babies. & I was wondering when I can hold them and for how long I should hold them the first time I do touch them!?

If you read the threads in the breeding and babies section all of those questions will be answered. If you have more questions after reading that section please feel free to ask them.

can I take a blanket out of the nest so my 3 week old babies know where to exit & so it is easier for me to grab them? Or will mom get upset with that?

No you can't take the blanket out. You don't want to make any changes like that or mom will become stressed.

Can I take babies out & let them play? While mom is distracted?

You can take them out, one at a time, for a few seconds a day and slowly increase the time. Once you are taking one out for 5 minutes or more you can start taking out two at a time and slowly increase the number of babies you take out.

another question, just wanna make sure I’m doing the right thing. If I have the babies out, when mom goes back into nest & doesn’t see them in there what will she do? Should I return them after mom returns to nest or can I continue to play with them??

It all depends on how mom reacts. Every mom is different and the important thing is to not stress her out at all.
