Default HELP hedgehog eating too much!!

I got my hedgehog a couple weeks ago and she has been very social, running on her wheel every night, and eating about 10 pieces of Iams Cat Food kibble every night.
Over the last couple days, she has been eating too much!! Last Saturday I weighed her, and she was 183 grams. I weighed her 2 days ago, and she was 212 grams, and today I weighed her and she’s at 238 grams. Yesterday, my hedgehog ate all the food I put in the bowl in one night (she usually finishes the bowl after a week). I refilled it with about 40 pieces of kibble before I went out to dinner, I came back and she finished it all. During the night, I frequently check on her to see what she’s doing and she is always by the food bowl eating.
I am extremely worried for her and I cannot think of anything that has caused this. Her cage is at 79 degrees, and it has been since I’ve had her. The only thing I could think of is last Sunday I was cutting her nails and cut it too short, she started bleeding but I managed to stop it quickly. The next couple days after that she was normal and acted as she usually did.
She is also not running on her wheel anymore and her stool is noticeably larger and everywhere. She is still drinking a lot of water. Also, she is very antisocial. When she’s awake I try to pick her up and she hisses and goes into a ball. When I take her out, she doesn’t explore like she used to and just tries to hide.
If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do, please please tell me. I am so worried about her and I miss how she used to be. I just took her food out of her cage and I do not know what to do and how much I should feed her now. Thank you for reading and please help!!

Was she with any other hedgehogs before you got her? If so then it's possible she's pregnant and that would explain the weight gain and increased appetite. Is it possible to post a picture of her taken from above? That would help us see if she's becoming overweight or not.
