Default Kitty+hedge=?

I am saving up my money for a hedgehog. But I have 2 cats. They are restricted to our basement, but can i still have a hedgehog upstairs?

I have two cats and 9 hedgies. My cats don't go in the hedgehog room without me, but when they do go in all they're intersted in is seeing if any of the hedgies food is on the floor. Just don't leave them alone together.

Right now I have 4 cats and 8 hedgehogs. When my daughter was still living here, we had 7 cats and at some points up to 39 hedgehogs including babies. Like Nikki, our cats do not go into the hedgie room unless with me and our one cat is never allowed in because he sticks his paws in their cages.

Cats and hedgies are no issue but it's always best to have a cat proof cage.

I have four cats and one hedgie, and frankly, my cats are afraid of her. When I have her in my lap, the most they'll do is sniff the air around her. But as soon as she moves, they jump back away from her. From what my breeder says, cats are almost never an issue, but dogs tend to be.

2 cats (one extremely curious and tenacious, the other terrified of everything) + 2 hedgehogs. They are never left alone together unless the hogs are safely in their cages.

No problems with having both
