Default is quarentine still nessisary

if hedgies have been to the vet and both healthy? no uri no parasites . so do they still need the month long quarentine

Hello,
I always do a 30day quarentine no matter what. Some illnesses can take a month or less to manifest in other animals. I would think that could still be possible in hedgies...

Yes, they still do. Just because the hedgehog was healthy at the vet, it could still be incubating something.
