Default Bath time

Just wondering what the best type of shampoo would be to use on hedgies? While Emmett was quilling i made sure i had a oatmeal shampoo, i've read it's good to soothe their skin... any suggestions?

Also, is it normal for some hedgehogs to HATE the water? Emmett looks at me like the world has come to an end.. the only part he enjoys is when i save him and dry him up. (he loves his belly being dried and normally falls asleep at this point) But any suggestions on how i can calm him down during bath-time? or is it normal for some to just hate the water?

Thanks!

Many people here use Aveno Fragrance Free Body Wash. Shampoos have soaps in them that usually dry skin anyway, no matter if they say moisturizing or not. The Aveno has oatmeal in it and is very gentle.

I use the Aveeno no scent baby body wash. And it makes my little one so soft

Thanks you guys! I actually picked it up yesterday, and gave Emmett a bath tonight (he wasn't as bad as he usually is.. Almost enjoyed himself) So thanks
