1. Is it bad if one of his quills pricked me and came off him? Or is it just like losing hair on us...

2. Does everything need to be cooked before giving it to him? Can he have tofu my hamster, rat, mouse love it

3. What the best primary food to give him ---Cat food? If so want kind or Hedgehog Diet food

1. How old is he? If he's around 8-9 weeks or so, he's probably quilling. It's completely normal for them to lose lots of quills during this time, and you'll find them everywhere, usually in the most painful way. Even after they're older though, they usually lose a few quills once in awhile.

2. I'm not sure if they can have tofu, you'll have to see if someone else can answer that one.

3. A mix of two or more cat foods is considered the best thing to feed hedgies, along with treats of fresh fruits, baby food, and insects. There is a list that Reaper made up of acceptable cat foods to give hedgehogs, which you can find here- viewtopic.php?f=6&t=15

Yeah, even when they're older, they still will lose a couple of quills once in awhile, so if it was just the one, it's probably nothing to worry about. If you notice him losing a lot of quills though, he could have mites, and you need to take him to the vet to be treated.
