Default Brand new baby, seems to be itching a lot?

Brand new baby came today! My first one, I have set her up with all of the essentials and then some. Of course she is just beginning to adapt.
Her name is Binx, and everything is going very well except she is itching quite a bit?

I have her in aspen bedding and she has enjoyed crawling under it and napping. She has been in this bedding previous to me receiving her and as she is albino, I do not see any fleas, or mites.

The bedding is brand new as well as all of her supplies.

Any ideas? She does not itch when she is under the aspen. But when she is on the surface, she seems to itch every couple of minutes or so....

Give her a bath with moisturizing products like a oat meal bath or something her skin is probably dry.

Hey there! If it were me, I'd change to fleece bedding. Aspen may cause your hedgie to itch because of its composition. Give her an oatmeal bath to soothe her, and if she continues to itch even if the bedding has been changed then I would go to the vet to check and rule out mites.
