Default Red spots on head and foot

I woke my Penelope up this evening for her daily foot bath and noticed a red spot on her head and some spots on her feet. She has fleece bedding. Anyone have any suggestions on what this could be before I take her to vet in the morning for a check?

It could be the start of a skin infection but its hard to tell from pictures.

woke her up this morning and noticed she did not leave her snuggle sack last night. no wheel running or eating. I gave her an oatmeal bath and she seemed to like it but the spots are getting worse. I see no loose quills or any that have fallen out. Her poop has been kinda greenish as well so it may be an infection. I will be taking her to the vet on Monday for a check up.

I would guess it probably is an infection of some type so its good you're taking her to the vet. If she doesn't eat in the next 24 hours you will need to syringe feed her.
