Question how to change a hedgies light scheduled?

ok, so I will be moving Crowley from a room without a window to a room with a window, so she will have natural light instead of her lamp.

so i was wondering if there was a less stressful was to change the times she will be getting light?

right now her lamp is set to turn on at 11am and off for the day at 10pm with no 'outside light' completely dark otherwise.

so it's dark between 10pm to 11am with her being active between 4am to usually 9/10am ish ( i usually sleep myself between 8am to noon when i can so her lamps don't really bother me)

the area i live in, it starts getting light outside about 5amish and starts getting dark around 8/9pm - which is almost the complete opposite of her scheduled and im worried that it will mess with her being active is it's light out when it's usaly at its darkest for her :/ (she dosn't take to change well and will be a stubborn prickly pear about it)

Id really like to be able to have her make the change as comfortably as possible in case i can't block the light from the window. (im moving her to a room with a window because of the overheating issue with the non-window room i currently have her in)

I hopefully will be making the change/move within a few weeks so any advice would be very helpful and much appreciated.

I have no experience with this and would want another, more experienced member's opinion, but off the top of my head, I'm wondering if you could change her schedule much like you'd change a routine dependent child's: in baby steps. Adjust the time by 10 minutes, let her get used to it, adjust it by ten more minutes, let her get used it, and so on.

I would do it an hour at a time, until you had it at the times you want. Make sure to still use a lamp or other light as well, don't just depend on the window for light.
